Crewe Railway Station

I’ve been traveling on trains for 60 years & I can still remember going to London on a steam train in the early 1960s! I’ve passed through Crewe station many times but it was only recently that I had the good fortune to change my train and spend 20 minutes waiting for my connection.

i love Crewe station1 When I was last there there were several plant displays. Btw, the manouevre that seems about to happen in photo 5 looks hazardous in the extreme but perhaps they are on the way to the lift?
