It is thirty years since the Miners Strike. Today is International Workers day so here are some pictures of the miners struggle I’ve published before together with some new photographs from the archive of people collecting food and money for the miners outside Sainsbury’s in Watney market.

Some great ones here – especially the portraits and the diagonals of Kiveton Park. Mayday workers and speakers getting very wet in Trafalgar Square today poor things.
