Peaceful Terrorists

September 15, 2025
‘Arrest’ – Photomontage 2025.

Our pathetic excuse for a Labour government is performing well in terms of eroding human rights and freedoms. We should remember that any rights we have are not there because of the benevolence of politicians – they all had to be fought for.

Women wouldn’t have the vote if it wasn’t for the struggle of the suffragettes who used a range of tactics including bombing Westminster Abbey in their quest to win votes for women. Labour has performed well in terms of hypocrisy so it’s unsurprising that on the day they voted to brand Palestine Action as a terrorist group women MPs posed for a photograph in Westminster Hall bearing sashes with the colours of the Women’s Social and Political Union!

This single fact exemplifies the arrogant conceipt of the low life that inhabits the Westminster bubble. Obviously not all MPs are part of the ruling low life faction. Refreshingly Zarah Sultana said “MPs, including Yvette Cooper, celebrated the suffragette legacy of civil disobedience that won women the right to vote. Only to then vote to designate non-violent direct action group Palestine Action as terrorists …. Parliament in a nutshell”.

Inside the bubble the hoi polloi are excluded unless of course they’re serving our elected representatives at table, cleaning or opening doors for them. However, if you’re a lobbyist for an arms manufacturer or oil company you’ll qualify to taste fine wines with ministers overlooking the Thames. Remember you are paying for all this in the ‘finest club in London’ – subsidised by the tax payer.

In my 72 years I’ve seen many governments come and go but nothing like the despotic shit show we’re now having to endure.

In a few days time the world will witness the unedifying spectacle of Sir Kid Starver toadying to the racist orange man. If you are able to, get out on the streets and protest. We are many – they are few.
