Fascinating Trees
Trees have always held a fascination for me as a photographer. The oldest tree ever discovered is approximately 5,000 years old. The tree has always been a cultural symbol. Common icons are the World tree, for instance Yggdrasil, and the tree of life. The tree is often used to represent nature or the environment itself. 99% of a tree’s mass comes from the air.
