These photos are great I moved away from the East End some 30 years ago, but still visit on a regular basis as my mother in law still lives in Bethnal Green the changes are incredible but you don’t see it until you see photographs like yours.
I was a publican in the East End and then moved to a pub in Hertfordshire the difference was unreal but your photos bring back what used to be.
